Do you provide training for our team members using All-Star Hockey Manager?
Yes! We will gladly spend up to 8 hours training your team members on how to use it. We've also provided help documentation within All-Star Hockey Manager for easy reference.
Can I run both a league and a tournament on the same account?
Yes! We've provided tools to simultaneously run both a league and tournament including the ability to provide separate registration forms on your website. Billing will be based on the average number of active players over the course of the year.
Can I run multiple leagues or tournaments on the same account?
Yes and no. Each league or tournament will be setup as a separate account, but you will have access to all of them within All-Star Hockey Manager with the same username and password. We can also provide a quote to add-on a main landing website for all your leagues or tournaments with links to each one.
Can I run multiple seasons?
Yes! We've provided easy tools to add seasons, import divisions and teams from previous seasons, and display the current season on your league or tournament website.
Can I run multiple divisions?
Yes! We've provided easy tools to add divisions and import teams and rosters from other divisions and/or previous seasons.
Do players register and pay individually or as a team?
Our registration process is setup to allow players to register and pay individually, but it can also accept team payments and registrations. In both cases, contact information will still need to be added for each player on the team.
Can I assign players to rosters directly from their registration form?
Yes! Registration forms can be setup to auto-assign players to rosters, or you can easily assign players to rosters directly on the Form Responses page.
Do I have to use all of All-Star Hockey Manager's features?
Nope! You can use whichever features you want and we will customize your league or tournament website to reflect only the features you want to use.
Do players need a username and password to register, make payments, view the schedule and stats, and sign up for sub spots?
Nope! One of our most exciting features is that players have the ability to register, make payments, view the schedule and stats, and sign up for sub spots on the league or tournament website without the need to setup a username and password. Don't worry though, all the important information is secure. All-Star Hockey Manager's backend system requires a username and password to login to view financial data, analytics, and make changes.
Does All-Star Hockey Manager have different access levels for players and league leaders?
Yes! Each user can be assigned an access level to provide them with access to the pages they need and restricts access to pages they don't need. For example, your Treasurer will have access to all financial records, but each individual player will only have access to their individual financial records.
How are scoresheets entered?
It's up to the league or tournament to input scoresheets. If you have an internet connection at your venue, we recommend the scorekeeper input the scoresheet data into All-Star Hockey Manager while the game is going on to speed up the entry process.
Who registers our league or tournament domain name?
It's up to you. We can register and continue to maintain your domain name or you can.
When are payments due?
League payments are due in August for the following year. Tournament payments are due upon completion of the tournament. If you start using All-Star Hockey Manager in a month other than August, it will be pro-rated through the following August. We require a $200 downpayment to customize your league or tournament website that will count towards your full payment for the year. Once your account is fully setup in All-Star Hockey Manager and your custom website is complete, we will bill for the remaining amount for the first year (or partial year).
Do you require a credit card number to receive the 30-day free trial?

What features do I receive with the 30-day trial?
You will receive full access to All-Star Hockey Manager's backend system and a sample league or tournament website that will populate with the data you enter on the backend. If you decide to continue using All-Star Hockey Manager once the trial is complete, you will continue to receive access to All-Star Hockey Manager's backend system and we will work with you to customize your league or tournament website. How long does it take to get started?
Getting started with your free 30-day trial and access to All-Star Hockey Manager's backend system will take no more than 48 hours. Customizing your league or tournament website could take up to two weeks.
